It was the last chance of the year for some bouldering action, after the aborted mission of the previous Sunday!! Decided to try for a 'short session' at Shaftoe. The day felt cold and damp but at least it wasn't raining. Ali (aka The Doc) and I met up with the rest of the squad at the crag, the walk in had been wet and muddy so I wasn't convinced this was going to be worth it. After eventually getting over the screaming hot aches we all got down to some semi hard pullin'! The 'short session' lasted over four hours, the numb toes much longer!!
